Prince William and Kate Middleton marked their 13th wedding anniversary by sharing a never-before-seen black-and-white photo from their 2011 wedding. The image, taken by Millie Pilkington, shows Kate holding her bouquet while William lovingly places his hands on her waist.
The couple, who met at St. Andrews University in 2001, now share three children: Prince George (10), Princess Charlotte (8), and Prince Louis (6).

Earlier this year, the Princess of Wales became the center of widespread speculation after stepping away from public life following what Kensington Palace described as a “planned abdominal procedure” in January.
Eventually, Kate publicly disclosed her cancer diagnosis but chose not to reveal specific details about the type or stage of the disease. In the same video, she confirmed that she would be undergoing preventative chemotherapy as part of her treatment.
