This hearing is the latest development in a legal case that dates back to September 2021, when Harry began challenging a decision made by the Royal and VIP Executive Committee (Ravec) in February 2020 to reduce his official UK security.
That decision came after Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle stepped away from their royal duties and relocated to the United States.
