According to Larios, the musician likes to eat high-protein foods like rice or potato flour-coated chicken breast after shows. His success has been largely attributed to these dietary adjustments.

Jelly Roll participated in the 2 Bears 5K, part of the “Netflix Is a Joke” comedy festival hosted by comedians Tom Segura and Bert Kreischer, and expressed his excitement after the event. “I couldn’t walk a mile when I started trying to do this back in January,” he recalled.
After the run, Jelly Roll talked passionately about the influence he and other larger participants had, mentioning how many individuals told him how they were motivated.
